Thank you for shopping with Soulful Doll Collection. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from our California fulfillment center. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates
Standard domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Holiday 2026 Pre-Orders
Our Holiday 2026 Vol. 1 collection is available for pre-order now and will begin shipping in September 2026. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available, or separately upon request.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping to select countries is coming soon — join our mailing list to be notified when it becomes available.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out to shop@soulfuldolls.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Soulful Doll Collection is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always help you track down a missing package. Contact us at shop@soulfuldolls.com and we'll do everything we can to assist.
